Cooling Watermelon Smoothie

Living in the city, we find that we can’t survive the hot, sticky summers without a cooling breakfast smoothie before braving our usual morning commute! Watermelon is such a refreshing fruit and adds a unique summer flavour to this recipe. Don’t be put off by the carrot, it blends perfectly with the zesty orange! As an added bonus, this smoothie also delivers lots of Vitamin C.

Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. This is delicious decorated with some dried berries or top it up with our coconut Feel Good Bites. If you really want to feel like you’re on holiday put some watermelon cubes on the end of a stick and pop it into the glass!
