Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

  • 2 tablespoons canned pure pumpkin
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon agave
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 cup ice cubes


Blitz the pumpkin puree, banana, milk, agave and cinnamon in a blender.

Step 1

Add the ice to the smoothie and pulse until completely smooth.

Step 2

Serve the smoothie with a pinch of nutmeg on top.
