The combination of chocolate, banana, and coconut is pretty hard to top. If you’re like us and crave a little sweet, you’re going to want to make these immediately. And there’s the other perk—they’re topped with our yummy beetroot AHARAbar.
- 2 banana
- 100 g melted dark vegan chocolate
- 50g of coconut flakes
- 1 AHARAbar, beetroot flavour
Cut bananas into half-inch slices and put them on a lined baking sheet.
Take each banana slice and coat it with coconut flakes.
Place another slice of banana right on top.
Pop into the freezer for about two hours or until they are completely frozen.
After two to three hours, take them out of the freezer.
Melt dark vegan chocolate and fully coat each banana piece.
When they are fully coated place them back on baking sheet and place them in the freezer until they are set. Grate the AHARAbar, beetroot and sprinkle across all banana bakes.
Ideally for serving 2 people.
